What are " Probiotics"?
Probiotics are beneficial living organisms like bacteria and yeast. Inside the vagina, there are many such helpful microbes, often called vaginal flora or microbiome. The most common good bacteria found there are called Lactobacillus. They help keep the vagina's environment slightly acidic, which stops harmful bacteria from growing.
Everyone's vaginal flora is different and can change based on many things, such as your age, hormones, sexual activity, periods, and overall health. This natural balance is crucial for keeping your vagina, urinary tract, and the surrounding skin healthy. But, if this balance gets thrown off — maybe by life changes, medicine like antibiotics, hormone shifts, or getting older — you might have a higher chance of infections from bacteria or yeast and urinary problems.
The word 'probiotics' actually means 'for life.' These living microbes are not just crucial for gut health — which people talk about a lot — but are also key for a healthy vaginal balance. Taking care of this balance is just as important, and more and more people are beginning to understand this.
Probiotics improve our health, but they must fulfill several requirements to be called probiotics.
- To work well in the intestines, they must reach the intestines alive and not die in the stomach.
- They must suppress the growth of harmful bacteria.
- Other intestinal bacteria that are beneficial to humans must be able to multiply.
- It must be effective for the maintenance of human health.
- It must be safe.
FemGuardBiotics Ingredients Benefits
FemGuard Biotic for Women is packed with over 2 billion friendly Lactobacillus bacteria. It has two unique strains that help keep your vaginal flora balanced and support the health of your vagina, urinary tract, and the skin around your private area.
Your vaginal flora has lots of good bacteria called lactobacillus. They make lactic acid to keep your vagina at the proper acid level, around pH 4, which stops harmful bacteria from growing. If the acid level drops, you might get more infections.
Many women face urinary tract issues and discomfort in their private areas. Without the proper support for vaginal flora, these problems can keep coming back. But FemGuard Biotic for Women contains two probiotics, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1 and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14, which are known to help maintain a healthy balance of these good bacteria.
Urinary tract issues are common, and FemGuard Biotic for Women's unique probiotics are proven to help keep your urogenital tract healthy. Unlike gut health, where a variety of bacteria is helpful, for vaginal health, it's better to have just a few very effective types of bacteria that form a strong, small team.
■ Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1
This strain is a top-notch probiotic for women's health, especially for the vaginal microflora. It's great for keeping the urinary system healthy, stopping bad microbes from growing in the urinary tract and vagina, and getting the vaginal flora back to normal.
■ Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14
Another helpful probiotic, this strain works well with GR-1 to take care of women's urogenital health. It's good for keeping vaginal flora balanced, stopping harmful microbes from taking over, and fixing the flora balance after you've taken antibiotics. Plus, it's also beneficial for gut health.
What Makes FemGuardBiotics Special?
Unlike many probiotics that don't survive until their expiration date, FemGuardBiotics is made to keep its Lactobacillus alive right up to that date. We pack over 2 billion of these helpful bacteria into our capsules. Also, our special method of nitrogen refrigeration means you don't need to keep them in the fridge. They're made to survive the journey through your stomach and reach where they're needed. FemGuardBiotics is produced under strict controls, in line with GMP and ISO9001: 2008 standards. We check everything — from the active ingredients and bacteria levels to the stability and potential residues of chemicals and toxins. Plus, an independent party checks all ingredients and the final product for each batch to make sure the quality is top-notch.

The best Probiotic I have tried!
The reason for using Fem Guard Biotech was that I was having recurring bladder infections. I went to a women's clinic and was told that my body was prone to cystitis and that I should be careful in my daily life. After using Fem Guard Biotech, I no longer get cystitis and my physical condition is very good.

Effective for constipation as well as Vagina
I purchased this product as a protection for my vagina, which has become more sensitive with age. I have been taking it for a week now, and I am twice as happy because I no longer feel vaginal discomfort, and at the same time, my severe constipation is gone.
