Glad to see the effects are so quick
I had been taking sleeping pills for many years due to insomnia, but when I went off the medication, I started experiencing insomnia again, which is why I tried this product. After about an hour of taking this supplement, my body became more relaxed and I was able to fall asleep more smoothly! It is not addictive like drugs and I am very happy with the results.
