Yummy Avocado Toast with Pea Spread Recipe
Are you looking to have a healthy snack when you're a little hungry? Or perhaps a nutritious breakfast that can be made very quickly? This is an avocado toast with pea spread and a Japanese flair (it includes miso!) It's inspired by the danish Smørrebrød or butter bread which is a rye bread open sandwich with various toppings. You can easily upgrade your typical avocado toast by trying this new method! Happy cooking!

Ingredients
- green peas, cooked & drained: 280g
- white miso paste: 1.5~2 tablespoons
- olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- rye bread slices: 2
- avocado: 1/2
- finely chopped parsley: 1 tablespoons
- hemp seeds (optional): 1 tablespoons
- salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, add green peas & white miso. Blend until the green peas become smooth, gradually adding olive oil.
- Spread the green pea & miso paste to toasted rye bread.
- Top bread with sliced avocados and thinly sliced radish.
- Lastly, sprinkle with parsley and hemp seeds, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Your dish is ready to serve! Enjoy!
