Ingredients

  • Almond Milk or Rice Milk, 1 cup
  • Turmeric Power, 2 teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger, 1 teaspoon
  • Raw Honey or Maple Syrup, for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk (or rice milk) into a saucepan and heat slowly until it reaches room temperature.
  2. Put turmeric and ginger into a mug.
  3. Pour a small amount of the warmed milk into the mug and mix well to avoid clumps.
  4. Pour the remaining milk into the mug and sweeten with raw honey or maple syrup.
  5. Warm up and enjoy!
