Mango & Papaya Salsa
As the sunlight becomes stronger, we especially want to protect our skin from sunburn and achieve plump and smooth skin. We recommend a simple salsa made with mangoes and papayas, tropical fruits rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and berries that are easy to cut and serve! This colorful, sweet, and juicy salsa can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or even as a dessert.
Ingredients
■ 1/2 papaya
■ 1 mango
■ 8 blackberries
■ 10 golden berries (if available) Juice of
■ 1 small lime
■ 5 fresh mint leaves
■ 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
■ 4~5 chive flowers (if available)
Method
1:Peel and seed the mango and papaya, then cut into 2 cm cubes.
2:Add the cut mango and papaya to a bowl, combine with the lime juice, and mix gently.
3:Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle with shredded mint leaves and hemp seeds, and garnish with chive flowers.
TIPS: Papayas and mangoes should be soft and ripe to the touch. If blackberries are not available, raspberries can be used. Golden berries are edible houzu berries. The dried type is used. Chives are a type of leek herb often used in Western cooking. Chive flowers are edible.
