Gluten Free Baked Donut with Orange Flavors Recipe

I will be showing you a delicious and simple gluten free baked donut recipe. You'll want to try this out because it has hint of citrus flavors from the orange juice and it's full of fiber since it's made of teff flour. This recipe also includes almond milk and honey so it's very healthy! Perfect for when you're craving sweets but you don't want to consume extra chemicals.

Some of the teff flour benefits include rich in magnesium and high in iron which is essential for blood production. There is around 12 grams of fiber in every 100 grams of teff flour whereas in average grains, there's only 5g of fiber per 100 g. You won't have to worry about the strong taste of teff flour because the natural and citrus flavors from the orange juice will cover it up! This should take you less than an hour to make.
