Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

This is an upgraded version of the typical salsa since it has the tomato, onion, lime and coriander, and on top of that mangos!
You'll get to enjoy some sweet and tanginess that goes along with your favorite appetizers.
You can make it the day before and let it sit in the fridge overnight so that all the flavors are completely infused!
Ingredients
- Ripened Mango: 2
- Small Red Onion: 1
- Tomato: 1/2
- Coriander: a pinch
- Lime Juice: 1 Lime
- Salt & Pepper: a little
- Red Chili Powder: a little
Instructions
- Cut the mangos and tomato into 1 cm cubes, and finely chop the red onion and coriander leaves.
- Put the ingredients from step 1 into a bowl and squeeze lime juice over them. Mix well.
- Add salt, pepper, and red chili powder, mix to adjust the taste.
