An Ayurvedic Secret! Spice Tea to Solve Bloating (Stomach Gas), Indigestion, and Constipation
Ever feel like your stomach has turned into a balloon filled with gas, making you super uncomfortable—or worse, feeling a bit of pain around your upper belly? Annoying, right? While the foods you eat can play a role, Ayurveda says that your body type might be the main culprit behind this gassy situation.
But don’t worry! Today, I’m sharing a super simple and soothing Ayurvedic spice tea recipe to help you kick that bloated feeling to the curb. The best part? You can find all the spices you need right in the spice aisle of your local supermarket. So, if your tummy’s been feeling a little rebellious lately, this tea might just become your new best friend. Give it a try and let your stomach thank you!
This is a very simple recipe you just need 4 spices!
Ingredients:
<Makes 4 Cups>
♥ Fennel seeds: 1/4 tablespoon
♥ Cumin seeds: 1/4 tablespoon
♥ Coriander powder: About 2 pinches
♥ Ginger powder: About 2 pinches
Instructions:
- When making 4 servings at a time, use a mortar and pestle. If you don’t have one, increase the amount of spices and grind them using a mill or grinder.
- Place the fennel seeds and cumin seeds in the mortar and grind them. Once finely ground, add the other spices and mix well.
- To prepare a single serving, place a tea strainer over a cup, add one teaspoon of the spice mix, cover it, and let it steep for about 10 minutes before drinking.
- It’s recommended to drink this tea when you feel bloated, constipated, or experience indigestion. Alternatively, you can enjoy it regularly 1–3 times a day after meals for best results.
